When purchasing tickets for The Bunker Below you and your group agree to the terms and conditions (detailed at the bottom of this page, and during checkout).
Your experience lasts around 1 hour. To minimize queue times, please arrive at the start of your booked entry time.
The event includes both indoor and outdoor areas, sensible shoes and weather-appropriate clothing is advisable.
Attendees under 14 are NOT permitted. Attendees over 14 but under 16 will need a guardian over 18 to accompany them through the event. Attendees over 16 but under 18 will need a guardian on site but they do not need to accompany them through the event.
The Signal continues to transmit… but not everything stays the same. While some of 2025’s terrors return, 2026 will introduce new experimentation departments, twists, and unseen effects. The facility is evolving—but you won’t know what’s changed until it’s too late.
The Facility has expanded, while research on ‘The Signal’ continues, new departments have been created to look into different paranormal phenomena. On arrival you will have the opportunity to take part in our computer testing program, where you can complete a number of experiments, while you wait to enter the facility.

Purchase tickets to the event for your chosen 15 minute arrival time slot. This is the ARRIVAL TIME for your experience. You can arrive at any point during your 15 minute time slot and will join the queue in the order you arrived.
Groups are capped at a maximum of 6 people, and may be made up of mixed parties. To guarantee a private group experience, purchase 6 tickets. If your private group has 8 people we do allow this but it may affect your experience.
BOOKINGS
A ticket booking secures entry to The Bunker Below event on the date and during the 15 minute arrival time slot booked. If you have booked the 6.00pm to 6.15pm time slot you may arrive any time from 6.00pm up to 6.15pm. Waiting times vary, and you may enter the bunker later than your time slot.
We have a large FREE onsite car park, on arrival please follow the parking marshal instructions. If there are no marshals please follow signs to the entrance of the event. Please do not park in an undesignated space or you may be blocked in by cast and crew vehicles. All vehicles and contents are left at the owner’s risk.
If any ticket holders arrive after their allocated time slot, management may be able to fit them into a later time if space is available. If there are no spaces available we may offer a time slot on a later date but this is not guaranteed.
Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable, please see below for more information. There is no booking fee.
Please ensure your tickets are available, either printed or downloaded to your mobile device, and ready to display on arrival. Please be advised that certain mobile providers have slow mobile signal in the area.
ATTENDEE REQUIREMENTS
Anyone attending the event should dress suitably with appropriate footwear for the weather on the night. The event is mostly indoors, with an outdoor section through a wooded area at the start of the experience where the ground can be uneven and muddy. The car park and the walk to the check-in area are also outdoors. Fancy dress is not permitted. Please do not arrive with any prop weapons or with any large or bulky bags. Should you arrive with anything inappropriate, management will require these to be left in your vehicle before entry is permitted.
If you or anybody in your party are pregnant or have a history of medical conditions that include heart conditions, claustrophobia, photosensitive forms of epilepsy, back disorders, diabetes, arthritis or asthma, please be aware that you will be subjected to low lighting, flashing lights, loud sounds and potentially claustrophobic conditions. If any of these are an issue please consult a GP or medical professional about your planned attendance.
We are unfortunately unable to cater for wheelchair users or anyone not able to use stairs. The location is an ex-military facility and has very restricted disabled access. We also cannot admit anyone using crutches or with severe mobility issues due to the use of stairs.
Food and drink will be available throughout the evening. Please note we reserve the right to refuse admission. **NB** If guests arrive intoxicated this may result in refusal of entry with no refund. Security are present on site at all times.
The Bunker Below is an adult event not intended for children. Attendees under 14 are not permitted. Anyone aged 14 or 15 must be accompanied through the event by a guardian over 18 with a full-price ticket. Anyone aged 16 or 17 needs a guardian over 18 on site. If anyone on the experience is too frightened to continue, you can ask your nearest scare actor or member of staff to take you to the safety of our cafe or check-in area. If you leave the experience you will not be refunded.
PHONES, LIGHTING AND FILMING
Photography and video are only permitted in the waiting and social areas. Once your group begins the experience, phones must be put away. Torches, phone torches, cameras, video cameras and any other recording equipment are not permitted. Having your phone out at any point during the experience indicates that you want to leave the experience, and staff will escort you out. No refund is given for leaving the experience. Filming or recording may also result in your group being removed from the experience.
Some areas of the experience are dark. This is part of the experience, and the light level is never unsafe.
CONDUCT
At some points in the experience, you may be separated from your designated group. This is to ensure a better experience through a heightened fear factor. If your group is larger than the advised amount and you insist on being kept together, this will negatively affect your overall experience. Running is prohibited.
You are NOT permitted to touch the actors or set, turn on or off any lights or move into areas not part of the experience.
We have a zero tolerance towards violent behaviour directed at any staff on the grounds of the event. This will result in immediate ejection from the event and potential prosecution.
Attendees to The Bunker Below voluntarily assume all risks and dangers associated with attending the event and agree to release the owners, directors and employees from any liability, harm, injury or death, cost or expense whatsoever that may arise directly or indirectly.
Attendees may have their image captured as part of the general experience, these images may be used as part of marketing or for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be recorded at any point please speak to the check-in desk on arrival or email our office.
Attendees should keep together in the group in which they entered. Members of the group should not race ahead or lag behind. The group should proceed steadily so as not to merge with group(s) ahead or behind. Staff may delay groups to separate them from others if they are getting too close.
DATE CHANGES / REFUNDS
All ticket sales are final and due to the nature of the event we are unable to move tickets to alternative dates. In extreme circumstances we may be able to move or refund tickets at our discretion, subject to a £10 admin fee for moving and a 20% admin fee (minimum £10) for refunds. Authorised moves and refunds can only be made up to 1 October 2026. After 1 October 2026, or from the moment of booking if you book after that date, no tickets can be moved or refunded except in exceptional circumstances.
